Get out of selfie mode - the focus should be on them. What emotion do you want your audience to feel? (Hint: Not boredom:)
If you can convert the presentation into a conversation, you've won. Do not share the content ahead of time. That's okay for something overly technical where you want the audience to come prepared.
When something goes wrong - use humour - blame Microsoft - that always gets a laugh.
