1. Banana (better : banana + yogurt + honey) 20 min

3. Powdered milk + water
4. Oatmeal + honey + yogurt + egg white
5. Mayo
6. Yogurt (or add orange juice too + aloe if you can)
7. Yellow mustard
8. lemon juice + olive oil
9. Egg yolk for dry skin, white for oily skin.
