  • Completes tasks on time? No excuses - give the person credit for completing a task early. Don't record yes/no - record in terms of days late.
  • Deliverables meet quality standards? A very good one. A bum telling you the simulation and accompanying report are done might end up wasting 2 hours of the team's time.
