The more you sweat during training, the less you bleed during battle.
You sleep soundly only if you've paid your dues in being prepared.
Fear may be healthy - a sign that you haven't done your homework - so think about why you're feeling afraid.

Pregame routing has purpose :

  1. to feel prepared
  2. to instill confidence - in one's skills
  3. to focus the mind - on execution
  4. to prepare for adversity - to cope with it
  5. to have a game plan 
  6. to enter the role of athlete
